This misconception about coaching is widespread. Many believe that only those who are stuck, lost, or struggling can benefit from working with a coach. However, coaching is not solely about fixing what is broken; it is also about expanding what is possible.

Coaching is for individuals who are already doing well but recognize that there is another level of clarity, confidence, direction, and self-awareness available to them. It invites deeper reflection on questions such as:

- What do I really want next?

- What patterns are holding me back?

- Where am I playing small?

- What would change if I trusted myself more?

- What does growth look like for me now?

You do not need to wait for a crisis to invest in your growth. Coaching can provide support during challenging times, but it is equally valuable when you are ready for more:

- More clarity

- More confidence

- More direction

- More self-awareness

- More intentional action

Coaching is not a last resort; it can be a powerful next step. What is one area of your life or work where you feel ready for more
