I’m Stéphane Guillaud, an Executive Coach and former Chief Sales Officer who helps leaders navigate change, strengthen their impact and succeed in international environments.

Before becoming a coach, I built a career at the intersection of people, cultures and business. I began my professional life with 16 years in French diplomacy and international public service before moving into senior commercial and leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

I have established businesses in new markets, developed international teams, led organisational change and supported people through periods of growth and uncertainty. Having lived in 13 countries and been based in Denmark for more than 25 years, I understand firsthand what it means to adapt, lead and build trust across cultures.

Why I became a coach

Throughout my career, I discovered that sustainable performance depends on more than strategy and targets. It depends on self-awareness, confidence, communication and the ability to understand people.

I founded The Coaching Time to give leaders a confidential space to step back from daily pressure, gain clarity and make better decisions.

My coaching combines accredited methodology with practical leadership experience. I will not give you ready-made answers. I will listen, challenge your thinking and help you identify the choices and actions that are right for you.
